Life Skill Coach

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Resource Families Program Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Resource Families Program Manager is a position of leadership within New Day. They will be responsible for building a sense of community among Resource Parents, CYFD and community supports. They will work with the Director of Family Supports to fully develop and realize this new program The Program Manager will work to empower the Coordinator in their direct work with the Resource Families. The ultimate goal is that Resource Families will feel better equipped to provide stability, support, and guidance to youth in their care.

Transitional Support Services Director

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Transitional Support Services Director is responsible for identifying and developing housing services and other supports for young people who are between the ages of 17-21. The Director is responsible for providing leadership for the overall program model, staff and agency vision in ways to best support transition aged young people. The Director is a member of the senior leadership team within New Day and is responsible for acting as an ambassador for the agency within the community.

Transitional Living Program Specialist

Prevention/Aftercare Coordinator

To support young people who are experiencing, or are at-risk of, homelessness and connect them with services and resources that move them on a path to increased stability and community connection. Collaborate and engage with community partners, schools, and businesses in order to best support young people.
