Max ThrasherPresident
Max Thrasher has enjoyed a life that includes a rewarding career as a public accountant and a strong, loving family. New Day has shown him how lucky he is. He has served on New Day’s board for 17 years and led the New Day board as its president for the past 5 years.
“When times of struggle have arisen, I have been able to draw on the strength of loved ones and the life skills imparted by my family to get through them. Not all young people have the support or resources to learn how to navigate their lives. Without solid, consistent support, getting through times of struggle is not guaranteed. New Day steps in to teach, encourage, and engage young people so that they can make meaningful decisions about their lives and their futures. To get there, they need the highly skilled professionals of New Day and an engaged community to make that difference.” |
