The Housing Coordinator builds positive, authentic relationships with youth ages 18 to 25 who are
homeless and have a diagnosed disability. The Housing Coordinator works with their youth in
maintaining rental housing. Through building a supportive professional relationship, the Housing
Coordinator facilitates their youths’ ability to live independently.

Youth Empowerment Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: It is the responsibility of the Youth Empowerment Specialist (YES) to develop, assist and maintain the residential component as it relates to the care and treatment of young people. The residential component may consist of supervision of young people, house management/cleaning, meal preparation, and life skills activities.
Overnight shifts include $1.50 shift differential
